What we hold about you, why we hold it, and what you can do about it. It's short, because we ask for very little.

What we hold

Your wallet address, and your email address if you signed in with email or Google.

For every receipt: the photo you send, the station, the date on the receipt, the total you enter, what we decided, and the payment's transaction hash. Nothing else about what you buy.

Why we hold it

To review a receipt, to pay it, to prevent the same receipt being claimed twice, and to show you your own history. We don't sell it and we don't use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Privy handles sign-in and holds your login details and wallet keys. Supabase stores our database and your receipt photos. Vercel hosts the site. The people who review receipts see the photos you send.

Payments are made on a public blockchain, so the amount, the wallet address and the time are public and permanent. Your name and email are not part of that.

Receipt photos

Photos are kept in private storage, not on a public address. Only our reviewers can open them, through links that expire.

Cookies

Our login provider keeps you signed in by storing a token in your browser. We set no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies.

How long

Your receipts stay while your account does, because they're the record behind what we paid you. Sign-in sessions expire on their own.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Deleting removes what we hold, including your receipt photos.

Deleting cannot remove payments already made to your wallet: those are on a public blockchain, and what was paid stays yours.
